Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Many of you donated last year when I cycled just over 230 miles in a weekend from Belfast to Dublin and back again - a massive thank you for that, I raised over £800 in total which I'm really proud of.

I caught the bug, not only will I repeat that ride again later in June this year, but my main event will be cycling over 500km (310 miles) in 5 days from Vietnam to Cambodia in February. In total well over 500 miles! Which seeing as I wasn't much of a cyclist this time last year is quite a personal challenge.

I'm doing all this for Co-operation Ireland (http://www.cooperationireland.org/), a worthy peace and reconciliation charity. They support work both north and south of the border bringing together schools, the community, businesses and government to try and promote practical co-operation and mutual understanding.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

Rather than approach people twice for both events this year I'm focusing on one major fundraising mission. I need to raise £1500 which I know is a big ask. All donations go direct to the charity, I've paid for my travel etc.

So please please please dig deep and donate now.
