I am running the British 10K through central London on the 12th July in aid of the Integrated Cancer Centre's fund within Guy's and St Thomas' Charity.

 

As you may know I am more of a recent convert to the benefits of exercise and therefore will need you to dig deep to motivate me through the achey legs and the desire for a nice sit down to keep going in this 10K.
