I joined the local couch-2-5k group a few years ago, to get fitter and healthier.  At the same time, I met some great new friends, with whom I then joined a new 5-10k running group.

From this I decided to enter the Great West Run - a half marathon taking place on 22nd May 2022.  This will be my second ever half marathon, the first being nearly 30 years ago!

After seeing the heart breaking events in Ukraine, I have decided to run to support the Ukrainian cause.  Every little bit helps and anything you are able to donate will be gratefully received.
