My personal challenge for this year, which I have roped my brother's Gary and Daren into joining,  is to take part in the British 10K run....or jog...in London on 8th July, to raise some well needed funds for the St Davids Foundation Hospice Care charity. The support that the entire team provided to us from the time Dad was diagnosed with terminal cancer to the home hospice support during his last weeks was incredible.
