We completed the Barcelona Ironman Challenge in just under 13 hours (see the photos above of us all in action and with our medals) - Cath did the 2.5 mile swim in 1 hour, 34 mins, Viv did the 112 mile cycle ride in just over 6 hours and Jim did the marathon in just under 5 hours.  It was really tough but well worth it to support such a fantastic charity - please donate what you can afford.
