I am taking part in the 2019-20 Clipper Round the World Yacht Race as a member of the Punta Del Este crew.

The race is spilt into 8 legs with stopovers in Uruguay, Cape Town, Australia, Philippines, China, Seattle, Panama, New York and Londonderry and finally back to London. I am on 3 legs and will be away from home for 5 months.

UNICEF UK is a fantastic organisation that provides much-needed help and support to save children's lives both in the UK and across the world. So  put your hand in your pocket.

Whilst you are in the mood for donating check out my other charity the Hollie Gazzard Trust.

Hollie Gazzard was a 20 year old woman stabbed to death by her ex boyfriend in 2014. As a lasting tribute her family developed the charity to support young people.

They have also developed Hollie Guard an app that uses a number of safeguarding features. It is designed to help those in a threatening situation, has different alerts so that information can be sent to friends and family and has a location finder.

Hollie Guard App is available for download for free on iOS, Android and Windows Phone.

These charities are focused on protecting children and young people, help them to do both in the UK and abroad.
