We pioneer life-saving cancer research to help us beat cancer

Story

Thanks for visiting our Race for Life page. Please dig deep and sponsor us online - it's quick, easy and totally secure.

The plan is that Cat will be dragging herself round with her 2 "running" partners - 18 month old Rory, and Rocket the Border Terrier, although the team may change if it's too hot/wet etc.  Only 1 of the team is any good at running, but unfortunately he is open to distractions such as squirrels, food, moving grass, other people, other animals, and the need to stop to wee on any object he passes.  This may work in our favour (wee stops allow us to catch our breath, or maybe there'll be a squirrel heading the right direction), but it probably won't and we'll just look a bit peculiar and get tied up in dog lead, but we'll be doing it all for a great cause so it really doesn't matter.

Events like Race for Life are vital in funding Cancer Research UK's life-saving work into preventing, diagnosing and treating cancer. By sponsoring us, we can unite and create a force that cancer can't ignore.

Gift Aid it!

If you're a UK taxpayer, please remember to tick the Gift Aid box as this will increase your donation by at least 25% at no cost to you.

Sponsor us now, and we can become cancer's worst nightmare.

One day we will beat cancer. Help us make it sooner.
