Thank you for supporting me to take part in Memory Walk this year and raise much needed funds for Alzheimer's Society.

All of the money I raise will help support people living with dementia and their families, so your donation will make a huge difference.

This charity is so close to my heart because my nan Josie is currently living with dementia. I'm hoping that by raising money for this charity it will also raise awareness for people living with dementia. Its a frightening and heartbreaking process for anyone to go through and this is my chance to give something back, to make someone else and their families life that bit easier.

Just £50 will pay for someone with dementia to go to a Dementia Café session every week for a month, where they can meet others, share experiences and feel less isolated. And the more I raise, the bigger the difference it will make. 

Walking for Josie, for being my best friend, for all the cuddles and cups of tea, for making me laugh and taking care of me. Now it's time for me to take care of her. Missing you nan xxx
