Hello everyone!
Great North Run Time! 13.1 grueling miles! Dressed as a gorilla! only joking! Although I am quite hairy does that count?!
Jokes aside a number of friends, my brother and myself have decided to take on this tough half marathon and this year I have chosen to run on behalf of the MS society. They help the 100,000 or so people in the UK who suffer from MS, a disabling condition that once diagnosed stays with you for life.
