Hello and Thank You for visiting my page! 

I've signed up to take part in the Castaway 5 day survival challenge. I'll be escaping technology (and the luxuries of life!) with just my rucksack of clothes to survive with other fellow DHL Castaway comrades!

The challenge will start with us paddling by canoe from a remote beach to a secluded woodland, where we will build a camp and begin survival skills training.

With the team I will (deep breath) do the following:

• Wild camping

• Canadian canoeing

• Natural shelter building

• Bushcraft and survival skills

• Sea life-raft survival

• 24-hour survival stage, plus lots more!


The funds raised will help The Royal British Legion continue to provide vital support for service personnel, veterans and their families who are struggling through hardships, injuries and bereavements.
