Story
When You Wish Upon a Star has a simple mission; to grant the Wishes of children living with a life threatening illness.
I've been given the opportunity to take part in the Arctic Wish Trek 2019 to help raise funds for this fantastic charity. In taking on this challenge the funds raised will help When You Wish Upon a Star continue to grant wishes into the future for as many children as possible, and creating precious memories for them and their families.
The challenge will be a 3 day trek in to the Arctic Circle, sleeping in tents, battling elements, all done in sub-zero temperatures. The trek will start in Rovaniemi in Finland, where for over 25 years When Wish Upon A Star invite up to 100 children and their family on the Santa Express Flight to enjoy a day away together and search for the real Father Christmas!
