Story
Hi,
On the 11th May 2013 I will be climbing to the summit of Mount Snowdon in North Wales. I will be walking between 7-10 miles (up&down) the mountain reaching the summit at 3,560 ft above sea level. I am doing this to raise money for "Help for Heroes". Having served in the armed forces this is a charity close to my heart and I have personally seen how they have transformed the lives of our injured heroes.
This is quite a challenge for me and to have the support of you all means so much. Whether you donate a pound or twenty you will truly make a difference.
"The war in Afghanistan may be nearly over, but for those who have suffered life-changing injuries, their battles are just beginning. We will not let them fight these battles alone. "
Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.
So please dig deep and donate now.
