This year, I have decided to run the London Marathon in loving memory of my Grandad.

For those who knew Tony, he was the rock of our family and was my absolute hero. In 2020 his world and ours changed when he was diagnosed with Leukaemia. It hit him hard and the cancer spread very fast. Within the space of 3 months he passed away, and it was defiantly the most difficult time of my life.

I want to run this marathon not only to raise money for this amazing charity that will enable them to fund the most innovative research and ensure they can provide the best support for those affected by leukaemia and other blood cancers. However also in celebration of my idol, who I still think about every single day!
