So happy to be raising money for this amazing charity. The last couple of years I have really struggled with my mental health where I completely let take over my life. I didn't want to saying anything because I felt like people would just judge me like she freak , psycho, ungrateful. Its just embarrassing to say to someone that your not ok because it looks like you have the perfect life from the outside. The most amazing things like having the chance to travel the world for 4 months where ruined because of constant panic attacks and feeling like I didn't deserve it. It's ruined amazing friendships and relationships because who can put up with someone who that's negative and just hated her self and body and thought no one should be around such a complete an utter mess of a person . I just felt like there was no escape and the world would be a better place without me and then I wouldn't have to feel like this no more. It turn me into a nasty person and I felt like I was living a double life like one side of me really want to go out and try new things and met people but it there was a voice inside my head saying your not worthy of that and your just fail at it. Little by little it slowly started to get better and I found out there was help and things that I could do get over it and feel better again and that I wasn't a freak for feeling like that and it effect 1000000s of people. It's always going to be a journey and something I need to keep working on but I just feel blessed that I was lucky enough get help.Now I got help and am on the other side I feel like I have a pure duty to help others.
