Run 'the Diff' for St David's Hospice Care Our team of heroes will be running 13.1 miles around Cardiff and raising money to help others.

Story

St David's Hospice Care is committed to providing bespoke, individual 'free' care for all our patients and their families. The charity works with the patients to support them through the most difficult times. I will be running 13.1 miles around Cardiff and raising funds to help the charity to ensure hospice care is available to those who need it. The £250 I raise will cover the cost of a night's Hospice at Home Care, allowing the patient to remain at home and the relatives to have a peaceful night's sleep.'

Most people already know why St. David's will hold a special place in our hearts. The care they provided for dad, for us, and now for my Uncle david (dad's brother) whos now currently battling the same cancer as dad.

So im running another half marathon, (even though i said I wouldn't), but this time, im running without my running partner, and I feel a little lost. But dad would would be cheering me on, and also crossing the finish line before me.

So ima try and give a little back. No matter how much we raise, im going to cross that finish line for you dad.

Keep the faith, time is precious x
