Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

As some of you know, Tyler is autistic and we want to be able to raise money & awareness for autism! Tyler is such an amazing little guy and we just want the world to understand autism the way we are learning to. The more people that educate themselves about it, the better the chance is of autistic people being understood & accepted for who they are. Tyler & I will be doing the Super 7 Challenge to raise money for the National Autistic Society who help to provide support, guidance & advice for autistic people and their families. Please visit their website to find out more about this challenge and what they provide for the autistic community

Tyler & I have picked a ‘7’ themed challenge to do for the 7 days of World Autism Awareness Week which is 29th March - 4th April.

Tyler’s challenge will be to go a walk each of the 7 days and collect 7 different nature items!

My challenge is going to be a Super 7 workout! Each day for the week I will do the following workout -

  • 70 second plank
  • 70 star jumps
  • 7 sets of squats
  • 7 sets of crunches
  • 7 minutes of yoga
So wish us luck and please donate to sponsor us if you can to this wonderful cause :)!
Thanks everyone 😘
