Story

Me, my sister Zoe and Mum Andrea, are taking on the Great North Run in 2022 in aid
of St Cuthbert’s Hospice, a cause very close to our hearts.

St Cuthbert's Hospice provides specialist care to
people with life-limiting illnesses, people approaching the end of life and
people that are bereaved. They make no charge for any of the services that they
offer, ensuring hospice care is available to everyone. It costs over £2.3
million each year to keep St Cuthbert's Hospice running!

All of the care they provide is only possible
thanks to the generous support they receive from the communities they serve. The
local community helped to create St Cuthbert's Hospice in 1988 and today helps
the Hospice to continue making every day count for those who rely on their
vital services.
