Hello everyone.

Well, I've gone and done it again. I have signed up for another fun run, this time for CHAS. I'm definitely not a runner, but I sure will do my best, and if I make a foul of myself in the process, even better. I've signed up for the Kelpies Supernova run, so you can bet there will be lights, neon and of course some Disney ears involved. 

I will be running and raising money for CHAS. My family have been involved and supported by CHAS for 5 years and we know many other families who have been supported by CHAS over the years. The work they do is so important for families and a lifeline for them too. 

Please help me in my effort to raise as much money for CHAS as possible. Thank you all so much.
