Thanks for visiting my JustGiving page. This January I’m taking on Dryathlon®.

My mother, Margaret Thomas, lost her battle (of over 2 years) to Pancreatic Cancer on 30th December 2009. She fought with bravery and courage that was inspirational. She was prepared to take part in a Clinical Trial in the hope that if any of her relatives got the same cancer, perhaps the results of it could help us.

So I’ll be ditching the drink for one month to help raise money for Cancer Research UK. For some of you this might not seem like the biggest challenge - but with my rowing training and competing on hold due to a back injury my recycling bin tells me it will be more of a challenge than I'd like!!

Please donate whatever you can, or simply advertise my page via FB etc, so we can take steps closer to the day when all cancers are cured.
