Why am I doing this? At the start of December 2015 my husband William was diagnosed with double kidney failure. Fortunately for us after 8 months of endless hospitals stays and trips we have been told that William is in full remission, but it doesn’t stop there. I want to help others who are being affected by this, with having two children of our own we decided to raise awareness of Kidney Kids Scotland. This charity gets no help from the government and relies solely on donations, fundraising and sponsorship to help with the many requests they receive for financial assistance throughout the year.
