My Sister and I were planning to run the London Marathon together to raise cash for Whizz Kidz - a great charity supporting young disabled people to be more active all over the UK but Shanie has sadly had to pull out due to illness.

I am now running alone and need all the encouragement I can get so please sonspor anything you can. If you are about on the day please come and shout at me (if you see me crying in the Poplar/Canary Wharf area this is normal and shouting is still fine.....)
