I have recently found out that my gorgeous 10 year old nephew has Cystic Fibrosis. I just wanted to help but I live over 600 miles away from him and felt totally helpless. My husband came up with the ingenious idea of taking part in a run to collect donations for the Cystic Fibrosis Trust. Not only has it got me off the
sofa, I am doing something worthwhile.
