Carol passed away on 4th of April 2020 due to a sudden and unexpected illness.

Since Carol’s passing we have been inundated with cards, letters and messages on social media. These are at times hard to read, but we are so thankful to receive each and everyone. They are a tribute to what a wonderful person she was and how much she meant to people. 

Carol was a Nurse from the age of 16. She spent 34 years of her career working at Leighton Hospital in Crewe and ultimately spent her final few days here.

For these reasons, Graham has expressed that rather than flowers, he would prefer a collection for the Mid Cheshire Hospital Charity Fund. Hopefully in the wake of the Covid-19 Virus pandemic the money will be used to purchase vital medical equipment, as the trust see fit.
