As most of you are aware, I unfortunately lost my mum due to terminal cancer in November 2013.

Without the help of Havens Hospices and their Hospice at Home nurses I don't think my mum would have been comfortable at all or as a family we would have been able to deal with her loss as we did.

The government only give 25/30% of money to this extremely worthwhile cause and the rest is achieved by fund raising.

I am holding an evening 'A night of comedy in memory of Barbara Newman', which will be held at the Martime Rooms at The Cliffs Pavilion. Doors will open at 7pm (more info to come). There will be a raffle and an auction on the night.
