The London Marathon is back for 2023!

Story

Thank you so much for visiting my Just Giving page! I would be so grateful for any support you can give. I am running the London Marathon in April 2023 in aid Ataxia UK. This is important to me as I have a close friend who is living with Friedreich’s Ataxia.

There are many forms of Ataxia which is a neurological condition that disrupts the messages sent from our brains to our muscles that are used to move, speak, listen and see. The money raised for the charity will provide funding for vital research to fund treatments and aid support to those who are living with Ataxia.

I am so excited to be running the London Marathon this year, it has always been a challenge I have wanted to tick off the list! I am now well underway with my training and have been doing lots of running to and from work in the dark which has been fun but chilly. If you would like to keep up to date with my training you can follow my Strava which is linked below.

Thank you so much again for any support that you are able to give!
