Make-A-Wish UK is part of a global movement that exists to make life-changing wishes come true for the thousands of critically ill children across the UK. The power of a wish allows families to create lasting memories that they will treasure forever – no matter what the future holds.

Story

In 2004 my eldest son Kian was born with CDH a condition that 1 in 2500 babies are born with and only 50% survive from. Kian lived only 3 days but has changed myself and his family's lives forever. I was very lucky to be able to give Kian a sister and 2 brothers all thankfully healthy. This year I am walking 44km in the London-Brighton challenge in honour of Kian to raise money for the Make a wish foundation. I hope to raise as much money as I can to bring light into these young peoples lives and honour my sons name.
