Story
Last year my husband, Paul, was diagnosed with Waldenstrom’s Macroglobulinaemia (WM) - a rare type of blood cancer. He is currently undergoing chemotherapy treatment.
The support of WMUK – the only charity in the UK focused solely on WM – has been invaluable to us over the last year in terms of information and connecting with others with WM.
When the opportunity came up to take part in the virtual 2022 TCS London Marathon to fundraise for WMUK I knew I had to apply and was thrilled to be offered a place.
Please help me to support this cause. Every penny will go towards helping the WM community, funding support and information services and vital research to change the lives of people living with this rare disease.
What is the 2022 Virtual TCS London Marathon?

Virtual participants have a full 24 hours to walk, jog, run or skip 26.2 miles on a route of their choosing!
