I am running the British 10k to raise money Refuge, the charity thay helps women and children escaping from domestic violence.

I know its not a "glamorous charity" as it is one of the most impoverished of all charitable sectors.

Last year 95 women were killed at the hands of their current or former partners. Without Refuges services, abused women and children will be at higher risk of homlessness and, ultimately, homicide.

Everyone that knows me knows how important and passionate I feel about this cause. So please help me to save lives!
