Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.Sam and I are pushing our old bodies to run for the first time in many years ( not so old in SAMs case !! ) because two charities desperately need our help for vital research . Two very different but equally cruel diseases ( see our other page for the Beatson ) This page is to find a cure or prevent Alzheimer's which is as cruel as cancer but with little hope for a cure ... Yet ! I've watched my wonderful friend Carol and her Dad Ron lose the beautiful vibrant , fun loving  Doris  , Alzheimer's turned her light out ,and  Pat who's  lost a husband and the art world  an accomplished Artist . Ron and Pat have also lost a great part of their lives as carers .

We would be so grateful that even if you only give a pound  that you split it between our two charities ( our other page is for The Beatson )
