Story
Last year would have been Dad's 80th Birthday. Clair and I decided we would like to try and raise some money to mark what would have been his big Birthday. We decided to train for a half marathon something I've never done before and my sister has done once a long time ago. Of course Covid put paid to that. As we like to to say 'We go again' and this year the Manchester half is going ahead on Sunday10th October. Clair and I are both training hard while juggling our busy lives which can sometimes be challenging, but being Potter girls we like a challenge. Our target time is 2hrs 15mins
If you would consider sponsoring us we would be very grateful the British Heart Foundation is a charity very close to our hearts. We know our darling Daddy would be very proud of us.
Thanks for visiting my page. I'm raising money for the British Heart Foundation and I'd be so grateful for your support. The BHF has helped halve the number of people dying from heart and circulatory disease in the UK but sadly every day hundreds of people lose their lives. It's only thanks to support from people like us that the BHF can create new treatments and discover new cures. £24 could pay for two hours of research by an early career scientist, but every pound helps so please give what you can to help me hit my target. Thanks!
