Hello all,

I am enlisting the help of all of you to try and help me get through The Grim Challenge 2009 on Sunday 6th December. Call me crazy but the Grim Challenge is a 8 mile off-road run through puddle strewn paths and under camouflage netting...through a water filled ravine, on a track designed to test Army vehicles...I'm not sure it was designed for running!

The intention of this madness is to raise money for the Sam Beare Hospice in Weybridge. This hospice is invaluable in providing long term care for terminally ill patients and helping their family with support. The hospice is currently trying to raise £4.6 million to provide services to their patients and any donation would be greatly appreciated.

So please feel free to donate as much or as little as you like. I will hopefully be able to get some pictures on the day to post up after the event..although I'm not sure I would want these displayed in public!
