Story
Running everyday (or a running streak) is never something I have been keen on. I'm 19 days into Run Every Day January, and it is the best thing I have done. It has given me sanity and time to let my mind breathe from all the day to day stresses of life.
I support mind charity and the benefits that exercise and health can do for you, and of course your mind. They say healthy body/healthy mind, but it is no cliché - I feel fresher, my thoughts are clear, and I am less stressed. It is too easy to let day to day life take over, feel depressed, and let the world get on top of you.
Some days running felt like a chore, but now 2/3 into this challenge - it is the thing I look forward to most in my day - my me time, making me a better wife, worker, and mum!
Whatever happens in your life, please stay aware of your mental health, and reach out for help to keep your mind healthy and strong - and happy!
