Inspired by my little sister, Louisa Woodbridge, I have decided to follow in her footsteps and take on the Trailwalker 2012 100km challenge over the weekend 14/15 Jul 12.

Last year I spent a weekend supporting Louisa and her team of fellow walk/runners as they tackled this epic 100km challenge. They were awesome and I thoroughly enjoyed helping them get from Queen Elizabeth Park near Petersfield along the South Downs Way and to Brighton Race course. I knew that I needed to experience what they had!

Having failed miserably in my 18 year military career to tackle this amazing challenge I knew that time was running out and that I had to give it a go. Luckily for me three great guys from the Regiment where I serve have agreed to keep me company along the way.
