Swimming is one thing I can do with my troublesome body, so I asked myself, why not face my fear, ‘the sea’ and attempt this Cornish challenge. From Pendennis Castle in Falmouth to St.Mawes Castle I will be swimming across the entrance of the first (and busiest) port into the UK. A challenge because of the cold and what’s beneath me but what better cause to keep me going.
