On the 5,6 and 7th of November I'm going to take part in the Votwo Pembrokeshire Challenge and try to run 3 marathons in 3 days on the Pembrokeshire Coast path.

From Dale to Newgale, Newgale to Porthgain, Porthgain to Dinas Head, none of which is flat!
