This year we thought we'd put our newly acquired running skills to good use and raise some money for charity. Cass is running the 10K London Run (http://www.thebritish10klondon.co.uk/) with Lucy in July and then Al & Cass are running the Great North Run in September and Tough Mudder Scotland (a half marathon that includes swimming through freezing cold water, jumping through fire, running through electrified wires and crawling through mud...)
