Story

I am running the Royal Parks Half Marathon on 10th October to raise money for the Joshua Hayday Helping Hand Trust. This charity supports the families of children with life-limiting conditions by providing real practical support including overnight respite care, assistance with transport needs and home help.

By running this half marathon I am supporting my dear friend Caroline Rose as much as the charity. Caroline is a children’s palliative care nurse who works tirelessly to help very sick children and their families – an incredibly difficult job and one which I am very much in awe of. Caroline asked me to help her support this charity which was founded by the parents of a very ill little boy she cared for and I wanted to support her and the incredible work she does.

Please sponsor me to show your appreciation of amazing nurses like Caroline Rose and in support of the poor people who lose their little ones to terrible terminal illnesses.

Thanks so much.
