Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

As you may know, over the last couple of years, cycling has become my passion. Also, over the last couple of years I have lost an aunt and two uncles to cancer related illnesses, at the same time as my mum was receiving treatment for breast cancer.

Cancer is a killer and very few of us can say it hasn't touched our lives in one way or another.

So, I've had decided to combine my passion for cycling with the opportunity of raising funds for a worthy Essex based charity, The Helen Rollason Cancer Charity, who provide support for people dealing with cancer or recovering from cancer.

I have signed up to take part in the Three Chesters Cycle Challenge. A 260mile cycle ride over four days, from Colchester to Manchester via Chesterfield. This route will also ascent more than 2500 metres across the Peak District on day 4!

I have been training hard. My usual cycle days are around 30 miles but recently I've completed 50, 70 and 90 mile rides, in preparation for my challenge, which takes place in June.

I would really appreciate your support for my fundraising challenge, and am extremely grateful for any amount you can afford to give.

There are many worthy causes, and right now things are tough for everyone, as we're seeing costs rising, but it would mean a lot to me whatever you can do to support me.
