Thanks for taking the time to visit Jack's JustGiving page.  Jack and his football team of 7-9 year olds are walking up and down Snowdon on Saturday 30th May to support The Osborne Trust and Rhuddlan Dragons Football Club. The Trust was set up by one Jack's team mates Mum after she was diagnosed with breast cancer with 2 children under 7 and realised there is support and funds available for cancer suffers but not for their families. This trust raises money to treat children who have parents going through chemotherapy to much needed days out and recreational activities.  This is a challenge which they are all looking forward to completing and we hope you can help him reach his target.
