As many of you know I started my fitness journey a year and a half ago to help loose weight and become a healthier person. Since then I’ve lost 5 stone and I train hard but love every bit of it. I started running and last year achieved a 5k, 10k and my dream of finishing the Glasgow half 13.1 mile, something I said I would never do again as it was tough on my body, but here I am I’m going to focus on my training, train hard eat well and hope to reach my target weight I set myself and get over that finish line once again!  Last year my husband Scott supported, encouraged and ran with me and was hoping to again this year but he has took a bad knee injury which has ended his running training which has been a massive blow to me as I lost my training buddy but my good friend and coach Natalie is running and has helped me with my training. On the day we will run on our own but meet at finish line. This year we are running to raise money and awareness for the zak scott braveheart foundation something very close to my heart as I have my very own bravehearts in my family who battle with heart conditions every day. Zak Scott braveheart is a fantastic foundation which help bring a smile to very brave kids 💙 so I’m asking all my family and friends to get behind me once more and support Natalie  and I and help remember zak and support the foundation and get us over that finish line...... training has started 💙
