Story
I'm taking part in the Nottingham Hospital's Charity Robin Run 2020!
On 27th September I was scheduled to run the Robin Hood Half Marathon but something called Covid sort of got in the way. BUT I’m not one to be deterred so I’ve decided to run it anyway and may choose a more challenging course lol.
The Ophthalmology Dept at NUH does some fantastic work in assessing and treating tens of thousands of patients from across the region. It’s a major teaching resource and centre of research. Sadly for some patients their eye condition is life changing but the staff at NUH will try anything to manage these conditions.
As someone who is Severely Sight Impaired myself I cannot tell you how important their work is. Sight loss devastates lives but work at NUH can provide hope.
Please sponsor me and support your local NHS! :)
