Story
A big thank you for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
All of us know someone who has been affected in some way by breast cancer.
Breast cancer is the most common cancer in the UK. Approximately 130 women in this country are diagnosed with breast cancer every day.
On the 8th June I will be taking part in the Pink Ribbonwalk at Leeds Castle in Kent - walking 20 miles with my amazing friend, Shiv, and thinking about friends and family who have been affected by breast cancer, as well as women, like myself, who are carriers of the faulty BRCA1 or BRCA2 gene.
By taking part in the Pink Ribbonwalk I'll be raising funds for Breast Cancer Care which provides information and support as well as campaigning for improved standards of care.
Your donation means a lot to me.
Thanks so much,
Caroline x
