I discovered PMH last January, for which I am now a volunteer and fundraiser  It is an amazing charity who help parents of any age to help themselves which in turn helps their loved ones who may be struggling. There is a website and a super supportive facebook page where you don’t feel alone and non-judgmental support/advice is given.
