I am taking part in the Venus midnight walk. I was honoured to know a very special lady and even more privileged to call her my Auntie. She fought gallantly and with such huge dignity against cancer but sadly lost her fight at St Michaels Hospice. It is an amazing place where volunteers give so much care and love to those in there. It could happen to anyone of us and is a local cause dear to my heart.
