This year I have decided to embark on the Hereford Half Marathon on the 15th May. It is a fundraising event in support of St Michael's Hospice, an independent charity that relies on 90% of their donations from the community. 

St Michael's provide specialist care to individuals who have a life limiting illness and support and offer services to their families and friends. I have seen first hand the care they give to both the patient and family and for his reason am keen to help in any small way I can.
