This year I am running the Manchester 10k to help raise funds for East Cheshire Hospice.  A good friend of mine passed away 18 months ago and the help and support that both she and her family got from the Hospice was invaluable.

It costs £6000 a day to run the Hospice and I would like to do my little bit to help

We finished the Manchester 10k yesterday in just over an hour.  It was extremely hot (23 c) and happy to get round in one piece.
