This is my third go at the London to Paris ride. Not much of a challenge I hear you say, but I will be 3 years older than the first time I did it!

Besides this is all about raising money for a very deserving cause. The ride takes place over 4 days cycling a total of 320 miles. 

I would like to thank all those who supported me last year and the year before and realise it can seem a bit much to ask for your support again but I know that most of us know someone who has been affected directly or indirectly by dementia or will be in the future.
