James and I are participating in the Mad Pack challenge in memory of Paul, who sadly passed away in June 2014, after a very short illness.

Anything you can give for this very good cause would be much appreciated as the care and support they provide for both patients and their families are fantastic.

As many of you know - this will be a very big challenge for me - in more ways than one !
