On Saturday 20th September, we would have been celebrating Mum' s 60th Birthday. It just so happens, that The Christie Hospital will be holding their 'Walk of Hope' event on the same day.

Christie's was Mum's charity of choice after she was successfully treated by them in 1997. They gave her not only treatment but much support and comfort during and after a very scary time in her life.

Therefore, failing Afternoon Tea at a swanky London hotel ( Mum's choice), what better way to mark Mum's birthday than by raising awareness and money for a wonderful Hospital.
