Roy and I are going to be doing the London to Brighton bike ride on Father’s Day. That’s 60 miles sitting on a bike seat for anywhere between 4 and 8 hours.  😬🚴‍♂️🥵

Roy lost his dad at the age of 10 to heart disease and we want to support other families not having to deal with the same heartbreak.

The BHF has helped halve the number of people dying from heart and circulatory disease in the UK but sadly every day hundreds of people lose their lives. It's only thanks to support from people like you that the BHF can create new treatments and discover new cures. £24 could pay for two hours of research by an early career scientist, but every pound helps so please give what you can to help us hit our target.
